What we collect

- Clinical skill sign-offs you or a preceptor record.
Your rights under FERPA
- You may request a copy of your educational record at any time.
- You may ask for corrections to factual errors in your record.
- We will not disclose your record to third parties without your written consent, except where required by law or to school officials with a legitimate educational interest.
Retention
Course records are retained for 7 years; signed clinical skill events are kept permanently in the academy's append-only archive to support lifetime license verification.
